About

About us

A Hayes firm working a patch it knows, in a town that has spent a century making things and moving them.

What we are

A removals firm working Hayes and the UB3 and UB4 roads around it. Houses and semis, flats and maisonettes, man and van, packing, containerised storage, and a European arm covering four destinations.

Our own crews and our own vehicles. Not a national brand with a local landing page, and not a booking platform handing your job to whoever answered first.

Which Hayes

Hayes in the London Borough of Hillingdon: UB3 and UB4, west London, close to Heathrow, on the Elizabeth line, with the Grand Union Canal running through it.

Not Hayes in Bromley, which is BR2 and the far side of London. Both towns are called Hayes, both have removals firms, and both get each other's phone calls — so it is worth saying plainly at the top rather than three pages in.

How we price

Measured volume, access at both ends, how much packing you want done, and distance. Not urgency, not the season, and not what somebody else quoted.

The survey is free and carries no obligation. A video call covers most UB3 and UB4 addresses; factory conversions, maisonettes with external stairs and anything with a shared goods lift are worth an in-person look. The number comes back in writing and holds unless what is coming changes.

The things we will tell you

That a bedroom count is not a volume, and that the loft, the garage and the shed are frequently a room between them.

That an external maisonette stair changes the day more than the size of the load does.

That a converted factory usually has one goods lift for everybody, and that it wants booking a fortnight out rather than on the morning.

That your job is really a man and van, when it is — even though the removal would have been the larger invoice.

And that Greenford and Northolt have their own coverage on our network, so you are better served there than by us pretending.

The European side

Four destinations rather than a brochure list. France, Spain, Italy and Portugal — enough volume on each that the customs process is familiar rather than looked up while the vehicle is loaded.

The file is built from the survey inventory. Where a document has to come from you — an NIE, a codice fiscale, a certificado de bagagem — we say so at the start, because those are exactly the parts nobody can accelerate.

Insurance and conditions

Goods in transit and storage cover are in place, with the usual conditions around owner-packed cartons and items of unusual value. Declare anything genuinely valuable at survey and we confirm in writing what applies before you book.

The full terms are on the terms page rather than in a footnote on the quote.

What we do not do

We do not quote before we understand the job. We do not promise a transit time we cannot stand behind. We do not take on a property without establishing that we can physically reach it. And we do not claim awards, accreditations, press coverage or customer numbers we have not got — if it is not on this site, it is because it is not true yet.

Cover

Goods in transit and storage cover are in place, with the usual conditions around owner-packed cartons and items of unusual value. Declare anything genuinely valuable at survey and we will confirm in writing what applies. The contractual position is on the terms page.

Getting hold of us

The quote form is quickest. Contact has the rest, questions covers what comes up first, and areas we cover shows exactly where our ground runs out.

Tell us about the move

Both addresses, what is coming, and your date. We survey, check the access and come back with a written quote.
